About our Dog Day Care

VIEWING AND OPENING HOURS
We are open daily. Opening Times for pick up and drop off are 8.00 am to 10.30 or 4 pm to 6 pm or by prior arrangement. 07512651102 VIEWING 3pm to 5.30 pm
We are open for collections, drop offs and viewings until midday on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve but closed for drop offs and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years' Day

Accommodation:

We provide a safe, clean environment which meets the Council's
The kennels are kept to a high standard of hygiene throughout the day. We use kennel disinfectant which is specially designed to kill off any germs, leaving the kennel clean and fresh.Owners will need to provide food and treats along with and any favourite toys.

VACCINATION

No animal will be accepted unless proof of an up to date vaccination, this is provided prior to or upon arrival.
This is required by law.
We also ask for up to date Kennel Cough vaccination for dogs.
Up to date vaccines should be updated 4 weeks before your dog stay's with us.

Exercise:

Most dog owners have to go to work and this facility allows you to accommodate a happy dog into your life.
Lord Sefton Way dog day care allows your dog to have exercise and attention during the day, in their own kennel.

Health & Hygiene:

All guests must have: up to date vaccinations (minimum of 4 weeks prior to boarding).
Up to date, flea, worm and tick treatments.
Proof of up to date vaccinations is required on arrival. We will not accept your dog if you don't have this upon arrival, to avoid disappointment please keep them to date.

Dog Day Care Prices

BOARDING PRICES
Bringing more than one dog?
Pay the normal price for the first dog and pay less for the others. This applies only if your pet dogs are sharing a kennel during their stay with us.
Pay the normal price for first dog and £12.00 for the extra dogs.
Example: 2 small dogs, sharing a kennel. £15.00 for the 1st and £12.00 for the 2nd dog.

Other Services

PET TAXI SERVICE
Home relocation, airport pick up's and drop off's.We can also help taking your dog to appointments at the vets, hotels and grooming stations. Heaters and air con available. Your pet will be transported in a van, fully fitted with secure cages, ensuring maximum safety throughout the journey til they have arrived. Ring us and ask us more about this service. We can arrange to transport your pet anywhere in the UK!

During our peak season we require a deposit. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

I picked up Scooby, my Jack Russell, this week after a week in Lord Sefton kennels. He's a rescue dog & slightly nervy & I had never put him in kennels before. I had absolutely no reason to worry because he was so very wonderfully looked after (I reckon very spoiled!) by amazing Cheryl & the team. He was so happy there that when I went to collect him he briefly greeted me & then rushed back to say hello to everyone (dogs & staff) & didn't appear to want to come home! I gather that he had a girlfriend Jack Russell & they were inseparable, no wonder he's been depressed since he got back home! I can only thank Cheryl & team from the bottom of my heart for the care you gave my beloved hound & rate these kennels immensely.

This was the first time that Amstel, our 10 month black Labrador had ever stayed in kennels. We were immediately impressed by the warm welcome from Cheryl and the spotless cleanliness and airiness of the kennels. Lots of exercise and plenty of attention. Amstel stayed for 3 nights and when we collected him it was evident that his stay had been a great success. Thank you to Cheryl and other members of staff for giving Amstel a 5 star experience. We are extremely happy and also pleased with the bill as the rates are very reasonable. Full marks on all counts.
