It was a godsend when I found Lorraine and Malcolm at Doggiemotel. I can high recommend them to look after your dog. Our first meeting they were very warm and welcoming and made us feel at ease. They explained everything and I was clear about what I-needed to know. They are very health and safety conscious so I knew Bella would be safe and cared for. Being a rescue Bella does not always take to people. Both Lorraine and Malcolm knew the right approach and she enjoys her time with them. They go above and beyond to ensure Bella has the best experience while we are away. They are always happy to send pictures or updates on how she is. They board other dogs at the same time again very careful around integrating the dogs. I always feel I can go away and relax when Bella is at Doggiemotel as I know she will be getting her own five star treatment. Thank you Lorraine and Malcolm for the amazing job you do with looking after Bella. She looks forward to seeing you in October.

The care given to Lulu, by Malcolm and Lorraine, during our 3 week holiday was above and beyond. We could see from the regular WhatsApp pupdates that she was happy. Not only did she have her basic needs met but she was cared for with real affection. She was in great shape on our return and was in no great hurry to leave!

Winnie my rescue pup has stayed at Doggie Motel several times now.She adores Lorraine and Malcolm and her sleepovers with them.She is so well looked after in a lovely homely environment. They are both so kind and clearly love all their doggy guests.Winnie can't wait til her next stay !

What an amazing couple and doggiemotel!!!! My 7month puppy loved boarding for 5nights, really was home from home for her. Was great having regular updates as was her first time boarding. Pictures and videos looked as if she was absolutely loving being there. She was certainly spoilt while there :) will 100% be using again!!!! 5***** all the way. She loves it so much Ive booked daycare for her :)

Malcolm and Lorraine have looked after our dog three times now. They have always provided a warm, caring environment for our dog who is always so happy when we go and collect him. It's lovely to know that we can relax whom St away, knowing that our dog will be enjoying a holiday of his own at Doggie Motel! Would never use anywhere else!

This was the first time I have left my dog and it was a big deal for me to entrust her to someone else's care, but Lorraine and Malcolm completely put my mind at ease. The house and garden are dog proof, even for my budding escapologist. They sent me regular updates which really did make me smile.....thank you! It was obvious that she was well cared for, safe and happy playing with her new pal and thoroughly enjoyed her holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend Doggy Motel and I would genuinely have no concerns in taking my buddy back for another stay with Malcolm and Lorraine as I know she is happy and safe. i would like to say if you are looking for a caring and loving environment for your dog, this is the place to go, i needed a sitter for my dog and after various look-ups of places i chose this one, they are the most caring dog lovers, they treat each dogs needs individually when it comes to there food, you say what they eat and at what time and there meals are there, medication is given if needed, you are told what they have done that day, walks, playing etc, they have a large garden and the dogs are free to play, even able to lie on beds, it is heavenly, in my words pooch heaven, the owners are second to none, they are true dog lovers, i highly recommend this place, high 5 to you Malcolm and Lorraine, dont know what we would do without you, lots of love me and Bentley Boo xx

I collected my much loved Golden Retriever from Malcolm and Lorraine today following a 12 night stay, and am happy to say that I found a home from home for her whilst I was away. She was treated like one of their own dogs (despite stealing their lunch on more than one occasion!) I highly recommend Doggie Motel and would not hesitate to ask Malcolm and Lorraine to look after my dog again.

Malcolm & Lorraine looked after our 2 westies for 4 weeks while we had a long summer break and they were really well looked after as part of the family would not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Malcolm & Lorraine were like surrogate parents to our much-loved Chalkie terrier. She had loads of exercise, loads of playtime, and loads of cuddles. It really was a home from home. We hope they never retire because we wouldn't want to leave our dog with anyone else

We left our much loved collie cross with malcome and Lorraine for twelve days , we returned to a healthy happy dog we cannot recommend them highly enough they took him in and treated him like one of their own what more can you ask for.
