About our Home Boarding

Here at Patch's I offer a home away from home for your beloved dog. What ever your dogs needs are I will do my utmost to supply him/her with them.
I also offer day care for those of you who are out at work all day or just going out for the day with the family.
I am located in Andover and have access to a wide range of walks for your four legged member of the family.

Our Story
PATCH'S DAY CARE & BOARDING·

Hi my name is Sarah and i have worked with dogs for over 30 years and had dogs my whole life, my first was a rescue and her name was Patch and she is the reason i fell in love with these amazing 4 legged animals hence my 2 businesses have been called Patch’s. Before i became a dog carer i was a dog groomer and i still have a passion for that but after moving to Andover i decided to start caring for dogs so i could still work with them.

Here at Patch's I offer a home away from home for your beloved dog. What ever your dogs needs are I will do my utmost to supply him/her with them.
I also offer day care for those of you who are out at work all day or just going out for the day with the family.

Accommodation:

Fully enclosed garden with cctv
dogs have the run of al downstairs areas.

Exercise:

Dogs get walked twice a day as well as enrichment in the garden and house

Health & Hygiene:

If your dog has been unwell please let me know when you drop your dog off and if needed please provide an all clear letter from your vet.
Dogs will be provide with appropriate bedding to sleep on, all these are disinfected at the end of the day and boarding beds will be washed in between dogs staying.
I supply all bowls for water and food. These are washed and disinfected on a daily basis. Fresh water is supplied through out the day.
All dog have access to the garden and this cleared daily. The patio is disinfected once a week and hosed down daily.
All dogs will wear a Patch’s ID Tag when out walking and only dogs that have been given consent by owners will be let off lead.
Wet food is kept in a dog only fridge with any other dog stuff that need to be kept in the fridge.

Home Boarding Prices

All clients for day care will get an invoice at the end of each month and this must be paid by the last day of the month or any Invoice that is paid after the last day of the month will attract a penalty of a margin of 8% above the Bank of England base rate giving an all in daily figure of 9.25% on the full monthly total.
Boarding clients will be invoiced at the end of there dogs stay and payment should be paid as soon as possible.
1 Dog is £24 and 2 Dogs from the same family is £36
for boarding a 10% deposit is required.
