Christine is the kindest and most thoughtful lady and gave my two guinea pigs outstanding care, above and beyond what I could ever have expected. She took the time to give regular updates and reassure us throughout their time with her (as one needed additional care during their stay with Christine) and I honestly think they were as loved by Christine as they are by me! I would recommend Christine wholeheartedly and will definitely be booking in my piggies again. Thank you a million for looking after them so well, you are amazing xx

I really don't have the words to say how amazing Christine and Martin are. They have walked our dog for a couple of years and looked after him..Nothing is too much trouble for them and they strive and succeed at giving our pet the best possible experience they can .Our dog is excited to see either Martin or Christine for walks it's clear that both Christine and Martin have a vested interest in our dog and would be exactly the same with your pet. They are professional, courteous and very caring ... I would recommend them in a heartbeat and if I could I would give them a hundred stars .. For us I don't think any other pet service could come close to the service you get with Home Comfort Pets..

Christine is always so accommodating for our bunny Albus, even with short notice! We always receive updates on how he is whilst he's away including photos :) We wouldn't consider sending our baby anywhere else now!

Christine & Martin have been visiting Max my cat in my home when we go away for the past 18 months. They are both very reliable and are always able to accommodate at short notice. They look after Max exceptionally well and also keep an eye on the house too. There service is second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their animals as if they were their own. They do an amazing job!

Chris and Martin have looked after my cats for the last18 years. They don't just look after your pets whilst you are away, they will check your house is ok and close curtains etc so no one knows you are away. My cat Ebony is now old and needs regular medication, this is not easy as she turns into a tiger when she sees the medicine bottle, Chris always managers to get her to take it although I'm sure she has suffered several scratches in the process.I would have no hesitation in recommending HCP

Ever since martin began walking our dogs, he has been nothing but punctual, reliable, trustworthy and always been there should they need an extra walk at any point. They've developed an irreplaceable bond that can't be replaced. I couldn't reccomend them enough, and their prices are extremely reasonable.

Chris and Martin have looked after our two rescue cats for 7 years. Lancashire Cat Rescue (where we got our two from) recommended HCP to us and we've never looked back. They come and feed, cuddle, medicate and clean up after our two and do a fantastic job. Our cats have a lot of medications and Chris handles this perfectly, we can go away and know they are happy and looked after. We are always sent a picture/ video or two to show us how they are getting on which is really nice. We'd be lost without Chris and Martin, priceless service!

Always use Christine to look after my two rabbits wether it's for a weekend away or a 2 week holiday. They are always very well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend :)

Our 2 guinea pigs Bambi and Cho had a lovely holiday with Christine in early/mid August. The guinea pigs were very well looked after and cared for. It is very evident that Christine cares deeply for the animals, providing a clean and stimulating environment with lots of freshly picked dandelions. The guinea pigs did not loose any of their 'tameness', suggesting that they were very capably and lovingly handled. Thank you!

Dropped my beautiful bunnies off for 3 weeks over summer and they came home in such a wonderful mood! It was clear they had a lot of cuddles and handling whilst on their stay and the double hutch/bunny palace they stayed in was super spacious! Usually when they are away from home they get very grumpy however this time they were unbelievably content - even the feisty little lionhead sat still for a few minutes longer than normal to let me stroke her :) have just booked them in again as I am confident they really enjoyed their stay last time!

My two house rabbits stayed here in October 2016. Christine and her husband made us all feel welcome. I was able to relax knowing they were well looked after. The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you, we will be back!

We gave to take care for 2 weeks our 2 girl rats. We picked up happy and well cared for pets. Lovely and friendly people, they took very good care for our girls. Rats were not stressed at all, were clean with shiny coat, they were well fed and happy. Unhesitatingly recommend to pet owners and will definitely use again if the need arises. Chris and Martin have been walking our dog Zack for nearly seven years now. They are amazing people who seem to form a bond with the pets. They are very flexible, reliable and concientious. Cannot commend them enough to care for our pets.

Have used Christine several times now to look after my cats, while away on holidays. She is very friendly and the cats like her. She will spend some time with them, just giving them cuddle, and will also do other little jobs, like feed the hedgehogs, water flowers and put bins in/out etc. The cost is cheaper than a cattery and of the course the cats have the comfort of staying in their own home. Highly recommended

I am thrilled with the level of care and attention that Chris & Martin give to my two rabbits. When I go on holiday I know that my rabbits are having a good holiday as well! Boarded my guinea pigs and Syrian hamster for a week. Christine was lovely and genuine - just the kind of person you want to leave your precious family pets with. On collection Christine knew so much about them, their likes, dislikes and routines that only spending time with them could do. Would definitely board here again.

Our two rabbits have just spent a week at Home Comfort Pets. Christine was lovely and really made it a home from home for them. There was plenty of space in the hutch and an outdoor run for them to play in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Comfort Pets, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Before we went on Holiday we went to meet Christine at 'Home Comfort Pets' she was soooo lovely and friendly and is a genuine pet lover! It put our minds at rest that whilst we were on Holiday our "Hammy" would be well looked after and loved! Yesterday we collected our 2 guinea pigs from Chris and Martin who had them over Christmas while we were away. We would definitely recommend them. Both were friendly and welcoming upon arrival and were flexible with time of drop off and collection. The pigs were very well looked after, cage returned super clean, and Chris even sent me a photo of them enjoying their Christmas dinner of veggies! Will use them again and would recommend to others.
