Now Boarding Pet Hotels Medway

I absolutely love this place. I found them out of desperation due to situations with my flat and I needed to board my girls due to fumigation. From my initial conversation with them where they asked me all the key information that I thought they should ask to when I dropped the girls off and saw how amazing their facilities are has been amazing. They even took a picture for me of my girls so that I was able to know they were ok. I am excited to get the girls home for hugs however, they have been so amazing and I am glad I found them. I recomend these people any day of the week.

Our bunny Fleur has been here twice now and is booked in for 2 or 3 more stays already. She loves it with Kate, she always comes home happy and bouncy and always well looked after. The hotel itself is amazing, heated and cooled to cater for all weathers, plenty of garden for them to run around in and knowing that Kate is a qualified Veterinary nurse is incredibly reassuring - especially as rabbits are so prone to problems. I recommend Now Boarding Medway to all my friends and family who have smaller critters themselves.

You never think of your small animals when going away, it wasn't untill I was a few weeks away from my hols that I realised my pet dragon my first ever pet dragon. My neighbors look after the cats and the dog comes with us. But luckily I found Kate and Geoff what life savers with reasonable prices and a lovely home and kitted our to perfection, I knew after being there for 5 mins that tango would b happy. And he certainly was Kate even sent pics to show us how well he was doing. He will b going there every holiday we have from now on x

This place is just the best. A few days before embarking on holiday, one of our guinea pigs had to have an eye removed and required medication. We would normally get a neighbour to look after them but this seemed too much of an imposition. Kate at Now Boarding Medway is a qualified veterinary nurse, which allayed our fears of leaving the pets before departing. The hotel is wonderful: scrupulously clean and fresh smelling. There are a number of runs in the garden to give the pets some exercise and access to grass. Kate very kindly agreed to administer the various medicines as prescribed by the vet and to keep a close eye on the injured guinea. On picking them up, they were happy and healthy and Kate gave a full rundown as to progress. I can't rate this place highly enough: nothing seems too much trouble. I will definitely use it again and will recommend it to all my friends.

Our 5 year old bunny Harley spent just over two weeks with Kate at Now Boarding Medway. He had a wonderful time - and although happy to see us am sure he would have been happy to stay a bit longer. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough. It is obvious that Kate clearly loves the animals in her care and the animals love her too. Thank you so much for looking after Harley and I hope he is able to come back to your lovely hotel soon :)

Our two bonded bunnies had a fantastic couple of days with Geoff and Kate Watkins of Now boarding Medway . On visiting the accommodation first we had no hesitation booking there and then.We knew that they would be well looked after as Geoff and Kate had thought of everything to make their stay as special as possible. We were so impressed with the pet hotel we have booked for them to stay again soon. Thank you so much for looking after Monty and Molly

Now Pet Boarding looked after our guinea pigs for a few days, they were very well cared forand I will definitely use then again! Their building was warm and had very clean hutches and everthing looked very professional. One of the older guinea pigs had to be given medicine and had some special requirements which they completed very well. They were not stressed at all when we picked them up. Would highly recommend them.
