We are a small rescue and re-homing charity (established in 1966) on the Sale/Stretford border, close to the M60 motorway and Dane Road tram stop. As a rabbit re-homing centre, all staff have in depth rabbit knowledge and experience always supported by our rabbit savvy vets.
Your rabbits will be cared for in purpose built, indoor pens which are locked, alarmed and monitored by CCTV overnight. You are welcome to bring anything from home which you think might help your bunnies enjoy their holiday eg. Beds, litter trays, toys etc. although these will be provided if you prefer. You are welcome to visit and see the accommodation at any time, we are open every day except Wednesday between 12 and 4.30pm.
All pens are indoors and of a sufficient size for rabbits to exercise through out there stay. We have two larger pens for bigger rabbits or trios.
All rabbits using boarding must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination against myxo, RHD and against RHD2. Any rabbits being vaccinated for the first time must be vaccinated at least a week prior to entering boarding. All pens are constructed in such a way that they can be washed and thoroughly disinfected between guests and we have strict cross contamination controls in place to ensure the safety and health of your bunny. We are happy to accommodate rabbits undergoing medical treatments for an extra charge of £1.50-£3 per day. All bunnies are given a brief health-check when they arrive, we may refuse boarding to any rabbits found to have existing un-diagnosed health issues. Should your bunny need a vet visit while with us then we will take them to Ashleigh vets in Whalley Range (our local, exotics vets).
Boarding charges:
One rabbit (per day/part day): £6.00
Additional rabbit in same pen: £3.00
Peak Supplement (Bank Holidays): £2.00 per rabbit
Drop offs and collections can be made during our opening hours or outside of these hours subject to an extra charge of £10.00.
