Rotherhurst Small Pet Hotel

Highly recommended! I, like most pet parents, don't like to leave my little ones out of my home but Rotherhurst is great. The accommodation for my bunnies and guinea pigs was immaculate and spacious. When I came to pick my pets up, the bunnies were so relaxed that they were napping with their back paws laid out. I've already booked another stay with Rotherhurst and Claire (the owner of the hotel). Thank you

Claire looked after our little hamster, Barney, various times over a two year period. We can not recommend her highly enough: she took incredible care of him and it was always reassuring to know he was in safe hands. Claire was always so accommodating too, sometimes taking Barney at short notice, and she was always really efficient at answering emails. Great value for money too. Super facilities and Claire's love for animals really shine through. We cannot thank you enough for the love and care you showed Barney. Thank you.

Claire took great care of our rabbits while we were away over Christmas. The accommodation was clean, quiet and secure with classical music playing in the background. She takes time to handle the rabbits every day alongside cleaning and feeding greens (just supply your own pellets so no stomach upsets!) To my surprise was even able to handle our more nervous rabbit. Clearly very experienced working with animals. I recommend this place.

Claire looked after our two bunnies in July for over three weeks and gave them exceptional care and attention. They both came back happier, friendlier and calmer rabbits with a new found love of lots of different fresh vegetables. I would highly recommend Rotherhurst Small Pet hotel and I feel lucky to have found Claire's 5 star hotel for us to use again in the future.

I cannot praise the care our rabbit received highly enough. He had been very ill in the run up to my trip so, having decided at the last minute to board him rather than leave the responsibility with my husband (God forbid if anything had happened to him (the rabbit, not my husband:o)), I found this wonderful place. Claire went out of her way to ensure she was clear on Smudge's requirements and, on our return, he was happy and content and had obviously been looked after to the highest possible standards. This really is a home from home and comes highly recommended! Excellent!

I was so lucky to find this new pet hotel. Claire was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Henry was well cared for and very happy. I have already booked Henry's next holiday-I don't think it can come soon enough for him!
