Kim is amazing! She is extremely professional, and welcoming. Always up for a chat when we drop off, and pick up our gecko, and two bunnies. Cannot even say how brilliant her pet service is for small animals. Recommend her posh pets hotel for absolutely anyone looking for a place for their animals whilst they go away.Pet facilities are beautiful and go beyond standards!

I cannot recommend Kim highly enough. Our first visit to Posh Pets hotel - one bunny had just been neutered and needed to be looked after carefully in case he encountered complications and the other bunny had an unexpected baby whilst she was there! Kim took all this in her stride with a calmness and confidence that we would not have even been able to give our bunny at home. Absolutely exceptional knowledge and care - Kim went above and beyond to make sure they were well and we were kept informed, delaying the mummy bunny's departure so that she wouldn't be stressed with a move home. Our bunnies are booked in for the summer holiday already.

Kim offers a fantastic professional service, which we use every time we go away. The accommodation of a high standard - clean and new, and she responds our feeding preferences in relation to the care of our two guinea pigs. I am confident that they are in safe hands while we are away, and we receive occasional updates to confirm it.

Kim (the owner) has been looking after our two beautiful bunnies (Tino and Kisi) for two years now. Kim really has her hands full with our two bunnies... Tino is epileptic, can have nasty seizures and requires medication twice a day. Kisi is a ‘big girl' and needs her food monitoring. The accommodation Kim offers is fantastic. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and caring. We truly trust her with our little family. The Fishers xx

My bunnies have been boarding with Kim at Posh Pets for the past two years - and what a gem of a find it has been! The outside runs are excellent and my older bunny has recently been accommodated in the indoor hutches which suits her better in her senior years. Kim is super friendly, very experienced with all animal types, really accommodating and professional; I know my furry friends are in very safe hands whilst I am away.

This is a really excellent pet boarding service. Kim, the owner, has looked after our bearded dragon lizard and tortoise on a number of occasions over the past few years, and we are always confident that they will be very well cared for when we leave them with her. Reptiles are slightly more complicated to look after than some pets, but Kim has very good, clean specialist accommodation for them and is extremely knowledgeable about their needs. Both reptiles always seem calm and contented when they return from their stay. Kim is very also good with communication, and organising times for us to drop off and collect our pets.

I am delighted that we found Kim! She's cared for our 2 guinea pigs on many occasions and I know they're in safe hands. Posh Pets Hotel is a very professionally run business. Kim is quick to respond to queries and is helpful in arranging convenient drop-off/pick up times. The Guineas come home often looking much tidier than when we drop off!

Posh Pets Hotel was truely a wonderful find for boarding our two much loved guinea pigs. Not only did Kim immediately reassure us via prompt and informative emails to suggest solutions to our tricky guinea pig housing requirements, but also kindly sent us photos of the pigs enjoying their temporary set-up whilst we were on holiday. In fact, there was complete piece of mind from when we ‘checked them in' to the Hotel, whereupon we handed over and went through paperwork that Kim provides that details the animals care and feeding routine, so that she can continue the ‘home from home' approach to settle your pets, viewing the small furries room housing - scrupulously clean, bright and welcomingly kitted out with fitting pet-luxuries - and when we returned from two weeks away to ‘check out' the pigs, on departure they were so mellowed out in demeanour with shiny fur that gleamed, that I honestly conclude that the whole boarding experience for our guinea pigs was a 5 star holiday spa break for them !!!! A big big thanks to Kim, it's also worth adding that on collection, Kim had so tuned into our pets persona's that she could relay to us all their little traits back to us. We will not hesitate to board at the Posh Pets Hotel in the future. X
