About our Small Pet Boarding

Having previous experience within a large pet care /retail shop, I left that profession due to my family obligations.

Accommodation:

We offer secure hutches inside a secure locked and floodlight protected building with a play section inside to ensure that your fur babies are well protected from the elements etc. There is also a heater and fan to ensure that this building never gets to cold or hot. Outside decking area for play and grass area for fun in the sun where again your fur babies will be secure in an enclosed locked garden or within a secure metal fence run within our garden depending on requirements.

2022 we are purchasing 2 x new double rabbit hutches retiring our older ones to be used outside.  1 new long double hutch for single rabbits
2021 another large guinea pig cage, an air conditioning unit plus coolant mats and pads due to the longer hot summer this year.   New larger run,  same length as the rest but wider 2 metres (6 feet) to add more tunnels etc.  For multiple bunnies.
We have purchased 2 more guinea pig runs and hideaways to attach.  Another hideaway purchased to for our newer larger run. Another 2 smart cameras and ring doorbell to ensure your fur babies are totally secure when boarding with us..
2020 was a difficult year for all, we painted our hutches our signature blue and some lilac too.  We also purchased 2 new large double guinea pig cages and a new single use one.
2019 we  custom built 3 rabbit runs.  These runs are 1 metre in height (3 feet) to allow rabbits to jump and stretch. Length approximately 2 metres (6 feet), width approximately 1.22 metres (4 feet).  These will have a metal section overhead plus tarpaulin,  and will still have our original ones available too.   We have already purchased 2 more of our guinea pig runs including hutches, and have our originals available too.

New custom built runs in March secure fencing overhead and tarpaulin covers too.  Not forgetting our new hideaways for day time use only. 
Upgrades,
December 2018 our Smart camera to ensure your fur babies are content at whatever the time.   Smart plugs to switch on heat or coolant when required even if we are out. 

Exercise:

As fresh air and exercise are important to rabbit and guinea pigs they will have time outside to frolic and play weather permitting. If the weather is bad we have separate fencing for inside use to ensure they always have an opportunity to stretch their legs.

Health & Hygiene:

All hutches, cages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis using the recommended F10 disinfectant. All animals boarded have their own hutch/cage unless you have more one that live together happily and are cleaned daily.

A deposit is required on arrival with the remainder due on your return, we offer discounts for multiple family pets

Rabbits & Guinea Pigs
£6.00 single, £10 for a bonded pair
Rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis, Viral Hemorrhagic Disease (VHD) and the new strain RVD2.

We will refuse to board your rabbit if you fail to provide evidence of your rabbits up to date vaccination status by providing your pets vaccination card.
