We placed our two year old bunny, Pepsi, with Heidi and her family twice over the recent school summer holidays. Heidi is clearly very passionate about animals and formed a great bond with Pepsi from the get go. She was very attentive to Pepsi's welfare and needs and made good suggestions of how she could ensure his set up/routine could best be maintained during his stay. Pepsi was given a large amount of space and lots of play things to engaged and entertain him. Throughout the week we were treated to numerus videos and photo shots of him in action which was very reassuring for my young daughter. I couldn't recommend Heidi's Pet Hotel enough to pet owners considering boarding for their animals. I have to say that Pepsi returned home from his stay a very contented and better socialised rabbit. Thank you again Heidi!

This was our first experience boarding our animals, gary the rabbit and miss hamster, they stayed with Heidi for a week toward the end of August this year. Heidi allowed us to view the boarding area prior to dropping off the animals, she was also very accommodating to both of our animals, including providing a water bottle for our hamster as I'd left ours at home, and provided daily updates, videos and pictures. The accommodation was very clean and she provided Gary with a good sized indoor pen to live in alongside exercise time. Very good quality care was provided and we'll be using Heidi's pet hotel in the future for sure.

I was very nervous about leaving my guinea pigs whilst I went kn holiday but I was reassured as soon as I met Heidi and saw her Guinea pig set up. My guinea pigs were put into a huge two tier cage and had a lovely outdoor run to play in. Heidi very kindly sent me some videos whilst I was away of the guinea pigs which my children loved! Heidi is very knowledgeable and answered the questions that I had as I am a new guinea pig owner! I would highly recommend.

We have been boarding our beloved house bunny, Dave with Heidi for the last three years. Our rabbit is always accommodated with sensitivity and thoughtfulness to his needs, and it is also so obvious that he receives a lot of love and attention in her care. We eagerly look forward to updates of Dave's antics whilst on holiday and would recommend her pet hotel unequivocally.

I would highly recommend Heidi - she took great care of our guinea pigs whilst we were away. We loved receiving the videos from her so that we could see what they were up to - they enjoyed their holiday as much as we did!

Heidi is an amazing host. Recently my tortoise stayed with her for a month. I was most impressed by her communication, professionalism and caring persona. She sent me regular pictures and videos of him, explored with me all his habits and took all possible steps to make his stay comfortable. She has excellent facilities at her house. I am very impressed with her service and I know who I shall go to during my future holidays. Highly recommended .

Our hamsters Honey and Tinsey loves staying at Heidi's pet hotel and they were both so well looked after. Heidi made sure they had daily interaction and fed them a varied and interesting diet. Before the stay she asked us about their routine and favourite food to make sure they would feel like home when they came to stay. During our holiday abroad, Heidi sent us photos and videos of our hamsters - much to my children's delight! I would definitely recommend Heidi's Pet Hotel to anyone with small animals and I cannot imagine them being better looked after anywhere else!

Heidi has been absolutely amazing with our bunny Charlie. She is always so accommodating and sets his house up just like he has it at home, to make him feel more comfortable. Heidi also sends us pictures and updates of our bunny while we're away, so we can keep up with what he's been doing. Heidi is so patient and so kind, Charlie absolutely loves going there. This was the first time I have used Heidi, after not being able to book into two other pet holiday homes that we have used. Heidi did not disappoint fabulous service, invited for a visit before hand to see the layout and discuss any needs that were needed. Drop off was easy and everything was ready for our two Guinea pigs, Heidi even sent my daughter some videos while we were on holiday so she could see they were happy. They had a groom and nails clipped for when we came home. Fab Holiday from home would highly recommend. Thank you Heidi

Heidi is a great host and takes amazing care of our 2 rabbits when we go away. They are happy and relaxed and I certainly wouldn't have any issue with recommending Heidi to anyone. She provides regular What's ap videos when we are away which is very reassuring. Definitely a 5 * host.

Heidi was great at accommodating my guinea pigs in the summer. They were well cared for and the video/photo updates were greatly received. A positive outcome for myself and the guinea pogs knowing that they were safe, healthy and happy. I would definately recommend Heidi and will be using her service again in the future.

I would certainly recommend Heidi's Pet Hotel to anyone. Heidi looked after our adorable hamster Cookie for over 5 weeks in her lovely home , while we were abroad. In the time we were away, we received texts and videos on a consistent basis. What a great idea to be able to watch live footage of your pet ..it was very reassuring and comforting. Heidi herself is lovely, kind and gentle and her children are on board with helping too when needed. Cookie was very well cared for ! Thank you Heidi, we will be contacting you again.

Heidi came to the rescue when I needed someone to take care of our 12 week old bunny while we were on holiday. He had been injured and needed daily antibiotics and lots of TLC. Heidi and her family were amazing letting our bunny bounce around happily in his indoor run and provided cuddles, toys and regular pictures/ videos. I'd highly recommend Heidi.
