I sent my two gerbils to her to be rebonded and they couldn't have been in better hands. She was extremely knowledgeable, worked with me to figure out what happened and how to prevent it from happening in future. She gives regular updates and cannot recommend her highly enough. Regrettably my pet happened to fall Ill due to a genetic heart issue while at the facility, but she kept me informed and was quick to take action and administer treatment until I could get them back. So be assured that even if something unexpectedly happens while there, she will respond quickly and keep you in the loop

Susanna looked after my 5 pet rats brilliantly. She took them out to play each day and sent me regular photos and videos which was so reassuring. I would definitely use her services again!

Croydon Small Pet Boarding took great care of our dwarf Russian hamster while we were away for a month. They kept us informed about how he was settling in and sent weekly updates with pictures. He came back very happy and in great condition. We'll definitely be using them again next time we go on holiday.

Susanna has looked after our two gerbils twice. Both times we felt they had the very best care, and they returned to us healthy and contented. She has a deep affinity for animals and treats them with the same love as she would her own. She is also a real expert who has given us lots of great advice to help us care for our gerbils better. I highly recommend Susanna!

Susanna was a very nice person and the perfect person to take care of our hamster Hamlet who after spent quite a long time with her was really happy and healthy. he became very active and he was really happy. she always keep us updated and sent lovely videos to see him. thank you so much for everything!! hamlet miss you ;)

Susanna looked after our hamster for 2 nights and we couldn't be happier with the care she received. She provides a home from home for your pet, sends you updates and all at a very competitive rate. My daughter is very interested in hamsters as a species and Susanna took extra time to talk to her about them - she is our hero!

Susanna looked after our hamster while we were on holiday and she was absolutely amazing.  He was not  only looked after but also treated with so much love.   Susanna provided us with frequent updates , photos and videos; Scottie had a lot of fun.  We will definitely book again soon, as we cannot imagine a better place for him. Thank you Susanna for all your help.

Susanna is an amazing gerbil carer. My boy Moon went to stay with her for around a month and came back transformed. He was adopted so has always been a bit shy and only was open with me, since staying with Susanna, he is confident and curious with everyone. He also came home very healthy and it looked as if he was about two years younger!
