About our Small Pet Boarding

Me and my husband are offering small animals boarding in North London!🐰🐹🐭🐸

We have been running our home-based pet staycation for over three years and have experience caring for most types of domestic animals (I am a rabbit-savvy, and guinea pigs and hamsters specialist, and Vins is a natural animal whisperer and charmer).

We are also professional dog carers and just generally adore any living creatures and love spending time with them. Providing pet care and staycation is our full-time occupation and our own small family business, thus we provide a round-the-clock 24/7 care for any pet no matter how big or small.

We are also fully insured for providing animal care services and DBS checked✅

With us your pet would be kept safe, happy and healthy leaving you peace of mind and positive vibes only :)

Accommodation:

Our house is sectioned into two areas throughout three floors where one is dedicated to small animals only.

Please note, our guest pets do not interact with each other and have a set schedule for free-roaming so they will have their own private space at all times.

There is also access to a large fenced backyard where pets can free roam under supervision within an extra large secure playpen on request.

Exercise:

With your help I will create a personalised timetable for each pet based on your own routine and habits to keep the stress from changing environment to a minimum. We will follow their already established feeding and cleaning schedule, any extra special care needs, medication or flea/worm treatments.
We will provide free roaming time in a dedicated small animals room or in the garden for all rabbits and guinea pigs and any other pets on request.

Health & Hygiene:

We require all rabbits to be fully vaccinated up to date and neutered prior to any bookings.

**Please note: We cannot accept not castrated male rabbits over 9 months old or rabbits that are not up to date with their vaccinations!

For emergencies we are registered with 24h Medivet Hendon that is 5 minutes away.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

*Please note: due to a very high number of requests I am unable to answer all phone calls, so please drop me a message instead with your preferred dates and I will get back to you ASAP.*

We charge the following rates depending on the type of your pet:

£12/night : Mice, hamsters, turtles, small reptiles, small birds, other small animals. *hay, bedding and fresh fruits/veggies are included in the price.

£15/night : Rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, other higher maintenance small pets. *Hay, litter and fresh fruits/veggies are included in the price.

£20/night : Large parrots, large reptiles, extra large cages. *Hay, some types of bedding and fresh fruit and veg are included in the price.

£25/night : Bonded rabbit or guinea pig pairs. *hay, litter, fresh fruit and veg are included in the price

Discounts are available for additional pets/longer stays (that are over 2 weeks).

Extra :
• We can provide pick up / drop off service on request in our own vehicle, rates depend on the distance ;
• We provide a spacious hutch for rabbits and a playpen or cage for guinea pigs. You are welcome to bring your own setup if needed.
• We also provide litter trays, hay racks, tunnels, toys and blankets for guinea pigs and rabbits.

Check-in/checkout :
Check-in is Monday-Saturday between 8am and 7pm.
Checkout is Monday-Saturday between 8am and 7pm.

If you require check-in / checkout time that is out of the standard working hours or on a Sunday these can be arranged on request at an extra charge*. (Late/early check in or checkout +£15, Sunday check in or checkout +£10. Subject to availability.)

PLEASE NOTE:
• We host animals on a regular basis all year round, and small pets share a common area within the house where they might small or see each other, but do not have physical contact.
• We no longer accept cats as guest pets.
• We do not host dogs and small pets at the same space and they do not cross paths while boarding to keep everyone safe. Our dog guests occupy the first floor of the house, and small pets are located the ground floor. Closing doors and baby gates are in place at every doorway too.

To book:

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking which is fully refundable up to one week before the booking date. Invoices will be provided via email.
