The Musto Rabbits

We used Musto rabbits to rebond our rabbits after a broken bond. The full history was given to Molly and after 1 night there they reported ongoing fighting. It was advised by the vets that spayed our rabbits to have further tests done to check for ovarian remnant syndrome (a rare complication.) Initially Molly agreed to discuss with her accountant about a refund of the remaining days to pay vets bills, and then to rebook in after. After collecting the rabbits she then told us that per their contract we could not have a refund and to rebook in when investigations had been done. Unfortunately one of our rabbits passed away in surgery to investigate if she had been partially spayed. The other rabbit was rehomed with a friend due to our own personal circumstances. Despite this Molly still would not refund the nights we did not use. We rescued the rabbits after losing our 2 rabbits of many years. We were misled by the rescue as they had not been spayed as we were told, and then the rescues vets that did the surgery were not confident in rabbit anaesthesia meaning they both woke up in surgery. We have completely lost faith in people in the rabbit industry as we genuinely believed Molly ran a business with a compassionate ethos behind it and hoped we could find someone trustworthy in the business.

I had so much anxiety over my rabbits being together after a fight when one escaped. i came across musto Rabbits and its the best thing i did , molly is great , both bunnies spoilt and now snuggling up together … my boys are happy they can finally be together best descision i made .. thanks guys

Molly had my bunnies for 2 weeks while I was away, I was kept updated daily on their bonding progress, when I first dropped them off they was fighting from the word go, I was really concerned they would not be able to bond but after the care and process molly did with them, I collected them today got them home & they are flopping happily next to each other, grooming each other and cuddling, I am so happy I went with this company the results are amazing! I have two very happy and content bunnies and it's amazing too see! I would recommend to anyone thinking of bonding their bunnies! Molly went above and beyond to help me in every single way she could on the process of dropping them to her to collecting them! Very very happy!
