Saffra looked after our 4 cats (one of whom requires twice daily medication) for a week. She provided regular updates, photos and videos and we were confident they were well looked after. Highly recommended, thank you!

We had Saffra looking after our two baby boys for 10 days and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of them while we were away. It was a very last minute booking but she accommodated us so well and the service was 10/10. She is responsive, hygienic, provides lots of space, sends pictures and videos of the piggies daily and gives them plenty of cuddles. I could tell they felt so at home with her and I will definitely be sending them to Nibbles and Custard again. Also she has a Vetinary background so your babies will be in good hands! Thank you so much for putting our minds at rest while they were with you. You're great at what you do ☺️⭐️

The service we received was excellent. My 2 guinea pigs were looked after for 10 days and they were very well cared for. The accommodation provided was very clean and they had everything they needed and more. We received daily updates and videos showing how they were doing which were lovely to see and watch. We will happily board them here again next time and would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Extremely experienced, more than 5 star pet services. Not only is it reassuring to know your pets are in safe hands with regular updates and VIP treatment. Saffra also goes above and beyond sharing helpful hints and tips to make sure your little fur babies are in tip top health. Our two piggies hope to spend all of their holidays here!

Our piggies, Elsa and Anna, had a lovely stay at Nibbles & Custard pet services. They were looked after very well, and we felt happy to leave them with Saffra. It was lovely to receive photos of them during their stay, and Saffra was great with communication, and replying to emails. Overall, we were very happy with their care and they will definitely be holidaying with Saffra again.

Saffra looked after our 2 guinea pigs for a week whilst on holiday. Her communication was clear and prompt, and whilst away sent us regular updates on how they were doing, including daily photos (which we requested). Very happy with the service and will definitely be using again.

Nibbles & Custard Pet Service took fantastic care of our trio of ratties whilst we went away for a week. They were let out for free roam twice a day and we had daily picture updates which was a lovely little touch! The cage was kept clean and fresh throughout and our ratties were treated with fresh veggies throughout the week. I don't think they wanted to come home! Will 110% use them again in the future😁

Saffra did a brilliant job of looking after our two bunnies while we were away for the weekend. I felt 100% relaxed leaving them in the care of someone who has so much experience with rabbits and is super knowledgeable about them. She went out of her way to make sure they had a super clean living space and all of their favourite things, and I really appreciated the updates and photos of them each day. I don't think they even realised we were gone! Thanks so much Saffra, we will definitely be in touch next time we need someone to look after our precious bunnies!! I highly recommend to anyone with rabbits - you won't find anyone better to look after them!

Saffra took great care of our senior piggy while we were away for a week. Saffra took care of her medication and even sent us daily photos (which let us relax more, knowing she was okay!). We will definitely be asking Saffra to look after her again in the future.

Absolutely perfect in every way! We were apprehensive about leaving our two cats for the first time other than kennels but wanted a service provider who could offer them the same care at home, causing no distress. I was recommended Nibbles and Custard and the service was perfect throughout. From the first home visit to discuss our pets needs, cleaning, routines, feeding, to the actual time we were away all was smooth and we felt confident the cats were being well looked after. We even got picture updates, the house was kept clean and tidy (when our monkeys made a mess) and they didn't seem to be phased with our return which was a plus. Very happy pets and very happy owners. We will 100% be using them for all our family holidays

My two guinea pigs were looked after brilliantly by Nibbles & Custard Pet Services. One of my piggies has additional needs, and Saffra was able to make sure that all the supplements and monitoring he needed was in hand and I didn't have to worry about him. It was so reassuring to get little updates. The boys give her service 5 stars and so do I!

Saffy looked after my cat Hope and my bunny Fefi whilst we were away on holiday. Saffy administered important medication to my cat twice daily and was confident doing so. Both bunny and cat were very well looked after and I felt content that they were receiving the best care in our absence. It is hard to find a rabbit savvy person like Saffy, who understands correct rabbit welfare and husbandry, so I had no doubt that Fefi was in good hands if anything abnormal was to arise. We received daily updates and photos which were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Saffy for all your pet care needs if you are planning to go away and will definitely be using this service again in the future. Thank you so much 😊

I met Saffra a couple of times and both I was satisfied with the help she gave me. She came to meet my cat Tokyo before her very first attendance and they immediately bonded really well! She was happy to follow the instructions I gave her and spend some time with him. I also have gerbils, and Saffra was never bothered to look after them. I appreciated the daily updates every time she was coming to look after my furry friends. Her prices are convenient compared to the market in Cambridgeshire and she is definitely a good recommendation!

I am so pleased to have found Saffra! She visits our dogs regularly when we are at work, making a fuss of them, having a play and letting them out in the garden. They took to Saffra straight away and we were impressed with her caring approach and knowledgeability. She is also very reliable, which means a lot to us. Saffra looked after our guinea pigs while we were on holiday and again, we were very happy with the conscientious, professional service we received. We really felt the piggies were being giving lots of attention and getting TLC from Saffra - we will definitely be asking her to look after them for us in the future. Highly recommended.

Saffra was brilliant, wasn't phased by the medication, which made me feel confident to go away, and sent me pictures and updates to let me know our ragdoll was doing great. Highly recommended.
