Jack Parrot Small Pet Boarding is a small family business (me and my husband), set up because we love all pets and birds (we have a conure and a senegal now) and having had many small pets over the years, we know how difficult it is to find quality holiday/emergency boarding for these precious family members when needed.

Not being able to find quality care for our pets is what prompted us to start this business.

Accommodation:

We have large cages indoors and outdoors for small pets and happy for you to bring your own if you prefer. We have bird cages if you can't bring your own. We like to keep pets close to us and prefer all our boarders to be in the house.

Indoor birds (parrots, budgies etc) will get plenty of attention either in my office with me or in the living room with us and our birds.

Exercise:

We have indoor runs during the winter and a large lawn for outside exercise in the spring and summer for the small animals.

We'll work with you to make sure your pet gets the exercise they need.

Health & Hygiene:

We provide plenty of fruit/veggies for all pets in our care and food, hay/straw for guinea pigs and rabbits. Our cages have hard plastic bottoms and cleaned with pet cleaner regularly and before any pet joins us.

We provide quality no peanut/sunflower mix for birds, if not bringing your own, saving high calorie nuts/seeds for treats.

We do occasionally board dogs (max 2) from one family and have been awarded 5 stars by South Holland Council.

Small Pet Boarding Prices

Small animals £3.00 to £7.00 per day
Birds £3.00 to £6.00 to day

Discounts for pets sharing a cage.
