I have an animal care qualification and have grown up with small pets all of my life. I used to board small animals years ago and now I have recently decided to start back up again starting with Guinea pigs and hamsters only, with the help of my two young children. I don’t work a lot so I am home pretty much all of the time so your pets will have lots of love and interaction through the day. As a family we do this more as a hobby rather than a business so we genuinely treat your pets as our own whilst they’re with us.
Please find my website listed above and my Instagram to see photos of all the lovely pets we have boarded recently :) Rose_comforts
Hamsters of course will need to come in their own cage and will be spot cleaned nightly. I have a large indoor cage for Guinea pigs which they will mainly sleep in overnight as we get them out a lot through the day either indoor with us or I have an outdoor secure run so they spend a lot of time in our garden.
As I’m home most of the time with my son your Guinea pigs will be able to roam around indoor and outdoor depending on the weather.
Fresh vegetables and hay will be given daily and you will need to bring enough dry food that your pet is usually given. I can give medication if required. Cages will be spot cleaned daily.
Updated prices 2025 (If you don’t already have a booking with us)
Hamsters £4 per night
Single Guinea pig £6 per night
Bonded pair Guinea pigs £7 per night
An additional £1 per Guinea pig per night if there is more than 2.
Thank you great communication ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

A big thank you to lyndsay for looking after our two guinea pigs for two weeks recently. Lyndsay went above and beyond for us, sent us pictures constantly with updates on how the two were getting on and we could tell they were well looked after when we picked them up. The communication she had with us was absolutely fantastic and we've already booked in again with her for the end of the year. Thank you so much again lyndsay!
