About our Small Pet Boarding

I'm Lauren and I run a small independent rabbit and guinea pig boarding service. I have a degree in animal health and welfare which I gained in 2024.
I have 10 years experience caring for both rabbits and guinea pigs.
I have two rabbits of my own and four guinea pigs.
This business is more of a passion for me, all the animals who come into my care are treated as part of the family for the duration they are with me.

Accommodation:

Outdoor runs with waterproof covers.
Houses are insulated and covered during rain spells in the day time.
Plenty of straw and hay is provided to keep animals both warm and enriched throughout the colder months.

Exercise:

All houses have attached omlet runs which animals have free access to at all times of the day.
Runs have hides, tunnels and access away from sun and rain.

Health & Hygiene:

All cages are disinfected with F10 thoroughly before animals are placed inside.
All cages are separated to prevent nose to nose contact.
I perform health checks on arrival to make sure that all animals that are in my care are healthy.
Rabbits need to have myxomatosis vaccination, if this isn't possible I must be informed and arrangements can be made.

Other Services

Services: GroomingClaw Clipping

I am able to do nail clipping, gland cleaning, sheath cleaning and bathing only if required through urine scold.
Grooming prices will vary depending on what is needing done.
