Couldn't have asked for more when putting my two bunnies into boarding for a week for the first time.tor these two fluffs , Tina made sure they felt safe and confident in their temporary home and let me go away feeling that they would be safe and cared for. Only problem was collecting them - they'd settled in so well and were so pampered I'm pretty sure they didn't want to leave. Massive thanks to Tina - excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and dependable and very caring from start to end. Would use again and again.

I have used Tina now for many years for Rabbit boarding and I know they are in the best hands whilst I am away on holiday. Her knowledge of Rabbits is amazing and if your rabbit should fall poorly whilst you are away you will be comforted to know she will take excellent care of it. I have used Tina on 3 occasions now for Rabbit bonding and she is amazing. You could not choose anybody better. She is so caring with the animals and dedication is an understatement. My bunnies were there for bonding on bonfire night. She sat in the shed with all the animals and had music playing and were making sure they were all ok.She even sat and had her evening meal in there with them to make sure they were all ok. Tina you are one in a million and your dedication is so much appreciated. Please do not hesitate to come to Tina for your Rabbit boarding or bonding. She is the best! I never once worry about my bunnies when they are with Tina.

Tina looked after our rabbits and hamster , really well , my bunnies were looked after amazingly , they came back really happy , obviously they have been really well cared for . Wilma our hamster was also cared for so well . I highly recommend Waggytails to you for all your animals . I also felt safer knowing that there were still Covid protocols in place . 5 star ⭐️ experience.

We would rate Tina highly in her advice and bonding service offered. From first contact when just asking for advice Tina would always pick up the phone, or call us straight back if she was busy. When we found a potential match for our bunny Tina was happy to take them both in on the day that we got him. We got daily updates on their progress, and clear instructions of how to continue the bonding once we got them home. I would say that Tina is passionate about what she does and has many years of experience. I think that Tina genuinely cares about the animals, and our bunnies are booked in for their holidays. I work full time and I am a carer for my Mum so doing the bonding myself would have been a lot to take on. We can't thank you enough Tina, and bunnies Doris and Alfie are grateful too x

We left our rabbits and guinea pigs with Tina for 3 week while we were on holiday, We weren't not sure what to expect,But from the moment we met Tina she made us and our children feel totally at ease. She took great care of them and let us know how they were getting on when we enquired . Tina clearly loves being with the animals, they love her too! From our first message all the way through to our plane being delayed and us being late to pick them up, the whole process was straightforward and relaxed. Also great value for money. Tina grows fresh fruit and vegetables on her allotments and looks after the animals as if they were her own. We will not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderfully terrific job. 😊

I needed last minute emergency cover to look after our cats whilst we went away to a family event . I spoke with Tina the day before she came to the house within hours of the call. We had two cats, one of which required specialist care.( since passed away ) plus our much loved rabbit who absolutely prefers Tina to us ( we think ) Tina was fantastic!!!! she put my mind at ease straight away. Very professional, very experienced, a personal service which we plan to use again and again. Tina has never missed a beat!

My rabbit is extremely happy here and I’m very satisfied with the high standards and friendliness of Waggytails . Definitely value for money and secure peace of mind for the welfare of my animals, hence I keep coming back! some of the other boarders locally don't insist on vaccinations or have an on call vet service , Tina at Waggytails has both these qualifications , with the present situation of RVHD2 on our doorstep I find this invaluable, which keeps my mind peaceful when away for long periods of time.

Tina and Dave came highly recommended by both my vet and 3 of my neighbours. I went into hospital, knowing that Harvey and Ben were well cared for, I was hospitalised for just over 2 weeks. During this time Tina and Dave stayed in my home with a happy pair of well cared for dogs. Not forgetting Tiger, the cat, who was also well cared for during this time. I have confidently recommend Tina and Dave who are honest, caring and reliable. I have been using them for the last 3 years very happily.
