Pets Paradise

Lorraine looked after my two male Guinea pigs for a week in July and I couldn't be more happy with the care that she gave them whilst I was away. I dropped them off on one of the hottest days of the year but she explained how she would be able to keep them cool and gave me great reassurances that they would be well looked after. The pigs seemed like they'd never been away when they returned home which is a great sign that they'd been happy in her care. Lorraine is a lovely friendly and polite lady with great communication throughout and I will not hesitate to leave my boys with her again in the future. Thanks Lorraine.

I have used the services of this boarding house for our rabbit, Thumper twice this year. I have every faith in the carer in charge of the animals , Lorraine, who is the most authentic person I have met. I gave Lorraine a request to "feed Thumper a rabbit sweet" every time she put him in his hutch, as this is his routine at home. I know that Lorraine carried out my wishes, having relayed to me how Thumper reacts when he sees his "sweet". Only someone who treated him exactly as we do, would have been able to have told me that, as he is unique and a feisty character which comes to the fore, when waiting for his "reward". Anyone who is reticent about leaving their beloved small animal in the care of someone in their absence, look no further than Lorraine. She will "love" your pet/pets, as if they were her own, and I have no hesitation in "singing her praises" as I think she and her husband are brilliant people who offer an invaluable service to the pet community.

We have four bunnies and they've stayed at Pets Paradise twice now. Two of them have specific issues and Lorraine caters for each of their individual needs perfectly and we can relax on holiday. Pets Paradise is excellent and we wouldn't leave our bunnies anywhere else.

Just picked our bunny up after his 2 week stay with Lorraine and I would thoroughly recommend Pets Paradise. Lorraine is so, so lovely, knows her stuff inside and out and clearly loves the pets. We've never left our rabbit before and were nervous about doing so but Lorraine came highly recommended and was lovely from the start. She put our minds at rest and we'd happily take our fur baby back there. Thank you Lorraine!

We've just collected our guinea pig from Lorraine after our holidays and yet again are overwhelmingly impressed with both the professional set up and the obvious affection which Lorraine gives to all her boarders. Patch loves his visits and I genuinely believe that the level of care Lorraine provides is far and away the best. A lovely lady and a wonderful service. Thank you so much. Jane x

Just dropped our bunnies off for their second holiday this year. As always, we had a great reception from Lorraine, and we know they will be well fed, exercised, groomed and loved. Our rabbits have never liked being handled, but it's obvious how many cuddles they get, because they always come home a bit more sociable! Thanks Lorraine for the great service you provide.

I am shocked reading the reviews for pets paradise as we certainly didn't have a pleasant experience. Lorraine is one of the rudest people I think we have ever met and we're paying customers so I dread to think how she talks to people she doesn't like!

Our bunnies, Silver and Fluffy, have holidayed at Pets Paradise at least 8 times and we feel completely comfortable leaving them in Lorraine's capable hands! She's clearly an animal lover and enjoys what she does, which is important. Lorraine is also very flexible about drop off/pick up times.

My daughter's precious bunny, Bailey, has been spending her holidays with Lorraine for the past three or four years and cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention she receives. According to Bailey, life at Pets Paradise consists of regular yummy meals, beautifully clean and comfortable bedding, free manicures, and endless loving attention! She's asked me to give Lorraine lots of carrots but I'll have to settle for stars. If you want your small friend to be cuddled and cared for too, you won't find anywhere better than Pets Paradise. Highly, highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Lorraine highly enough. She looks after our two guinea pigs when we go away and the last time we went away one was very poorly. I was worried to leave him but Lorraine looked after him like he was her own. Hand feeding him, giving him his medicine and lots of affection. He was so much better when we picked him up. I know I could not have done any better myself. We are so grateful to her.

I've left my 2 rabbits with Lorraine several times, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her passion for animals is obvious and she always takes such great care of them. Great value, top quality pet care.

Pets paradise looked after our two guinea pigs Rosie and Pheobe. We were really apprehensive about leaving or little fur babies, but they were so well looked after! They looked so happy when we picked them up. Would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again!! Thanks again

We would not board our Rabbits anywhere else. Lorraine is the most caring kind lady who treats all the animals she looks after as if they were her own. Our holidays are more enjoyable knowing that they are being so well cared for by Lorraine. We would highly recommend Pets Paradise to everyone for boarding your small pets. No one does it better

I cannot rate Pets Paradise enough! Lorraine looked after my 2 Guinea pigs for 8 days over Christmas. They were in a lovely hutch, cleaned out daily and given fresh food twice a day. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first time going away for long since having my 2 rabbits and, as I was going away for 3 weeks, I wanted to know that I would be leaving my pets in good hands. Lorraine was kind enough to give me a quick show of the hutches before hand, which my father and I were very impressed with due to it's cleanliness, and the enthusiasm from Lorraine herself. (we also were impressed by the effort which had been put into the freshly cut vegetables which we saw on our way in!) During the duration of my holiday, Lorraine was sure to stay in contact with me about any minor concerns she had with the health of my rabbits. This was very comforting as I knew that I was able to relax, whilst still being aware of my rabbits' wellbeing. They returned to us after a long 3 weeks happy and healthy. I cant recommend Lorraine enough and I will definitely have her in mind for any future holidays!

Lorraine was absolutely marvellous. My daughters rabbit Toffee is her world so it was so reassuring having someone as lovely & dedicated as Lorraine to look after him while we were away. It was pleasant & professional that we were able to view Pets Paradise before booking. Definitely a home from home. Toffee will be more than happy to return.

As soon as you meet Lorraine you know that your animals are going to be in good hands Lorraine is so dedicated and caring I knew I didn't have to worry while our rabbits were there.
