2by2 Pet boarding is a great place to leave your rabbit while on holiday. Our rabbit Desmond has been many times and stays in excellent hutches and is very well cared for.

We had our two bunnies looked after at last minute by Selina and Alex and we're so grateful they were able to cater for us. The bunnies had a lovely area to stay in for 7 days and we had pics and videos on their FB to keep us updated. Highly recommended, accommodating and friendly service :)

We have been using 2by2 Pet Boarding for about 8 years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to board their small pets. Selina & Alex are friendly and very accommodating and the set ups for the pets are excellent. There is a variety of indoor and outdoor accommodation and the pets get hay & veggies included in their stay. Selina & Alex can give medication and take seriously any particular requirements of your pets. We feel very reassured that our pets are safe and happy when they stay at 2by2.

I've boarded my son's guinea pigs and my ageing tortoise with Selina and her family many times. They're brilliant. The accommodation is very high quality, always wonderfully kitted out with all manner of spaces for the pigs and they regularly have home grown veggies on offer. They take the time to understand what works best for you and your pets, and shared photos for my son whilst we were away. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Period.

Utterly devastated. My 2 rescue boar guinea pigs boarded here for 10 nights. When I came to collect them, they were in an outside run on grass, huddling together to keep warm in the pouring rain. They both were soaked to the skin and standing in a huge lot of water in their carrier. I was furious and my poor piggies were freezing and shivering. They had been out there all afternoon, it had been pouring with rain all day. Please...DO NOT USE this boarding establishment. This was utter and complete neglect!! Call themselves animal lovers????? I think not! Board your little furries there at your peril. Give them a wide berth. I wouldn't even rate them a 1.... but couldn't submit anything less

Boarders Response:The boars went out after lunch at 1pm, on a warm 17 degree day. The forecast was for light cloud the rest of the afternoon. There was one quick but exceptionally heavy shower of rain at 3.30, which was unforecasted. The boars had chosen to shelter in their carrier which we'd filled with hay, provided for shelter alongside 2 tunnels. The rain managed to get into the carrier via the side air vents whilst the tunnels remained dry. As a previous client who had boarded pets with us many times before and praised their "exceptional care", we're saddened to receive this review for what was an unforecasted and v.heavy rain event that would have caught anyone out, just before the boars collection time. And having provided plenty of species appropriate shelter. We have apologised both in person and via email and have fully refunded the stay as a gesture of goodwill, which the client acknowledged as resolution stating again the good care they'd received on other occasions.

Our bunnies always love their stay with Selina and Alex and we always know they're in the best hands. We love that they can stay indoors like home from home and have such love and great company. We've just collected BB and Belle today and hamster Snow, they are so chilled out and have obviously have a great time away as always. We were so pleased to hear the boys loved talking to little Snow and she loved the company and fuss too. Thoroughly recommend them always to friends Thank you as always for taking such great care of our fur babies. They're currently enjoying some hay and their new house. Xx

5 of my bunny boys stayed here a couple years ago and they had a lovely time and were clearly very well cared for and interacted with throughout the stay. Lovely owners who really do care for the little ones! Hoping to book in again for next year for my current 4 :) so nice to have a boarder that has the option to have them in larger permanent enclosures - something I have very much struggled for in the past!

Our guinea pigs have stayed at this fabulous pet boarding a number of times now and are booked in again for October! Selina and her family are wonderful, they are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The care they give to the guinea pigs is brilliant and I know they are extremely well cared for when we are on our holidays. The hutches are large, beautifully clean and comfortable (my two boy pigs stayed in a hutch) and the larger purpose built enclosures are amazing (my six girl pigs shared one!) The piggies immediately run inside the enclosures and you can tell they are really happy as they start eating straight away and make themselves at home. I always worry when I pick them up that they piggies won't want to come back home!! I would highly recommend 2by2 pet boarding!

We sent our Hamster to 2by2 for a 2 week holiday and was impressed with the easy process to connect, book and drop off our little pet. Our Hamster came back refreshed and clean with an easy booking and communication process I would highly recommend.
